Red Lentil Mac and Cheese (Family Size)

Family size portion of our red lentil Mac and cheese.

Made with mixed seasonal greens, roasted sweet potato, pumpkin seeds, avocado oil, lemon, and chili. We used Sfoglini pasta in a white cheddar cheese from Vermont!
